About IRIS
IRIS (Incident Responders Intelligence Service) turns information on cyber threats into plain guidance that organisations without a security team can act on.
Why IRIS exists
IRIS is an independent cyber threat intelligence service for under-resourced organisations, public services, small businesses, IT teams and stakeholders who run them. For those without a dedicated security function, IRIS provides a vectored view of the threats that matter and what to do about them.
Who it is for
Public services in Healthcare, Education, Transport and Local Councils, and the suppliers, contractors and small organisations that work with them. You do not need security training to use it.
What IRIS believes
- Defence is for everyone. Every organisation has the right to protect itself.
- Most attacks are stopped by the basics, done well.
- Guidance should be clear enough to act on yourself, or to hand to your IT provider unchanged.
Making Cyber Threat Intelligence Accessible
- IRIS reporting is built for growing businesses, public services, and small teams with limited resources, giving them the context to understand the threats they face and act on them.
- There is often too much information to act on, so IRIS focuses on the threats that matter most, helping organisations prioritise where it counts.
- We analyse complex threat activity and present it clearly: what it looks like, why it matters, and what to do next.
